Papers for refereed publication will be reviewed by at least two referees selected from a panel of peers approved by the International Program Committee (IPC). The paper must be accepted by at least two referees receiving the “refereed” label in the proceedings. All accepted papers will be published in the conference Proceeding .
The 2021 IEEE ICICIS conference Proceeding will be included in the IEEE Xplore and traditionally indexed by other important databases, such as , SCOPUS, EI, DBLP, Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
The review process is “double blind” – identification of both authors and referees is removed from all documentation. The Conference IPC believes that the review of papers gives conference participants and other readers some confidence in the quality of the papers specified as “refereed” in the proceedings.
As a note to the papers’ authors the following checklist will be used by the reviewers to evaluate the quality of the papers:
1. * Scope
|
2. * Novelity
|
3. * Significance
|
4. * Well Structure
|
5. * Well Writing

6. Notes for Authors

7. * Decision
